Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. Purchasing Terms & Conditions
1.1 Purchase of products
When you order a product from our website you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to these terms. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered is out of stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for payment.
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
Prices displayed on the site are shown in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Delivery costs will be included in the final checkout amount.
If you live outside the specified countries we operate in, please contact us so that we can work out a shipping fee for you.
1.3 Delivery address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org
1.4 Delivery time
Please allow 10-14 days for delivery by our courier company. This is a door to door service.
1.5 Order acceptance and cancellation
Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.
2.1 Payment options
Gemstone Revolution accepts payment by PayPal and we do not collect any data related to your credit card or other financial information.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery. 2.2. Custom duties
You may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements if you order from outside South Africa and the United Kingdom. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
3. CHANGES IN PRICING
All pricing for our products are subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, currency fluctuations, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship your order within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Gemstone Revolution only ships orders from Monday to Friday during office hours.
Once an order has been shipped it is in the hands of the courier service. Gemstone Revolution is not liable for any errors made by this service.
5. ADVERTISING DISCLAIMER AND TRADEMARKS
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with products descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy, as set forth below.
6. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
6.1 Return policy
6.1.1 Goods rejected/Destroyed on importation
The buyer is responsible to ensure that the correct permissions and/or licenses have been obtained from their respective government prior to requesting the exportation of goods from South Africa. Gemstone Revolution cannot be held liable if goods are destroyed/returned/confiscated by the receiving government, as a result of country-specific import regulations.
6.1.2 General returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
6.1.3 Refunds policy (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email that your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days. The payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
6.2 Exchange policy
You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item. If a refund is applicable, the buyer will not receive a shipping cost refund.
